Charity Talent are recruiting for a talented
Temp Research Team Coordinator.

Are you a talented
Temp Research Team Coordinator, or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you can assist with the smooth running of the research team by providing support on briefs and specific cases? If so then you couldbe perfect for my client, a Social Welfare Charity based in London.

This is an temp role for 2 months with the possibility to extend. This is an ASAP start. It will be hybrid working with a few days in the office near Paddington Station (W2)

The Role:

As the
Research Team Coordinator you will work closely with the research team to ensure the smooth running of specific briefs and cases.

You will be doing the following tasks;

Provide support to the Director to include diary management, liaison with colleagues and external organisations.
Prepare background information for weekly research team meetings, including timely production of the agenda and papers.
Arrange research team inductions for new staff including supporting materials and assisting with the creation of team presentations.
Maintain and update the research team external facing web pages.
Organise and manage logistics for research teamled events, such as seminars and materials.
Maintain standard briefing materials for research cases.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
