Salary:
£26,498.59 per annum


Location:
Keynsham, Bristol


  • This role is offered on a permanent, full time basis. This will be 40 hours per week, Monday
  • Friday, based at our Keynsham site, with an option for hybrid working 3 days per week in the office in Keynsham._

About the role:

Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day online merchandising, product data creation and trading process. Responsible for ensuring all products are built and maintained accurately and merchandised per business needs and campaign plans.


Key Job Duties

  • Create products with consistency and accuracy, following the Merchandising guidelines and launching as per pipeline deadlines
  • Maintain and update PDPs, including content copy, data sheets, images, expiry dates etc., as required
  • Carry out manufacturer rebrands and product changes
  • Categorise and visually merchandise products inline with the Framework guide
  • Audit PDPs and PLPs and perform housekeeping to provide customers with the best site experience
  • Action web queries and requests from the wider business, resolving issues promptly
  • Support the launch of promotions as required
  • Implement the lifecycle of products, following the discontinuation process with accuracy, as required by the Procurement Manager or the Buyer
  • Support the Merchandising Manager and the Senior Merchandiser as required
  • In addition to the above, you may be required to carry out additional duties, dependent on business needs

  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Conscientious with exceptional attention to detail
  • Competent user of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • A positive 'cando' attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally and to deadlines
