Job summary
We're hiring a Customer Success Manager at Kinertic. This is not a traditional Customer Success role.Kinertic is an early-stage company building mission-critical infrastructure for carbon intensity and supply-chain decision-making in the commodity and energy markets.
We work with some of the largest and most important companies in the commodity and energy space
We're looking for someone early in their career (typically 2–5 years of experience), but with exceptional ambition and ownership.
You will be the strategic partner to our customers, helping them embed Kinertic into real operational, commercial, and compliance decisions.
This role spans onboarding, value realization, renewals, expansion, and customer feedback into product.
