We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven salesperson to join our team, specialising in selling bespoke security doors to affluent clients.

As a salesperson, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their security needs, and presenting them with customised solutions that exceed their expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify individuals who are in need of highquality security solutions for their residences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' security requirements and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate our range of bespoke security doors, highlighting their features, benefits, and customization options.
  • Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to create tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market developments to effectively position our products and services.

Qualifications:


  • Preferably a proven track record of success in luxury sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Knowledge of security products and solutions is advantageous, but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building longterm relationships.

Salary:
£14,355.00-£200,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Flexitime
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
