We are currently recruiting for:
Specialist Support Workers

Hours of work:


37 hours, Monday - Friday only

Location of role:
LIVERPOOL INDIVIDUALISED COMMUNITY SUPPORT LICS

The Role:


  • We are looking for Specialist Support Workers to join our Project here at Liverpool Individualised Community Support (LICS). LICS is a community support service which has been run successfully since 1993 across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley the service operates Monday to Friday 9:00 to 16:30

CLOSED BANK HOLIDAYS).

  • The aim of our project is to provide personalised support to adults with special needs to enable them to access a range of activities, experiences and opportunities within their own local community and across the city with the support of designated support workers. We aim to empower those we support by building on individuals strengths and interests creating positive opportunities for social inclusion, work through barriers to wellbeing and strive to achieve personal aspirations.

A typical weeks shifts are

  • Full Time Post 37hrs
  • MON
  • TUE
  • WED
  • THUR
  • FRI
Part Time post 15hrs

  • TUE
  • THUR

The Successful Applicant:

We will support successful applicants through their journey, updating training, regular supervisions/check ins, encourage development, gain relevant qualifications. We want staff to feel valued and appreciated every step of the way.
