ADP have an exciting new vacancy for a Client Success Partner You will be joining our growing Account Management team and report into the Senior Strategic Account Director.

This role can be based out of either our Staines or Cheadle offices -

Cheadle:

Staines: 2 Causeway Park, The Causeway, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 3BF


Hybrid working: 3 days in office and 2 days from home

JOB PURPOSE:


To act as the Client Success Partner for Employee Screening Clients focused primarily on Client relationship, retention and development, ensuring a positive Client experience.

You will ensure that ADP Screening Clients achieve ROI across the complete Client lifecycle and work closely with them to understand their objectives and help them to deliver on these.

You will work with the 3 rd party Partner to ensure that the needs of ADP Clients are being met, and that the Partner is being held to account.

You will provide senior level engagement in support of ADP Excom and Senior Leaders, creating strong C-level business to business relationships to drive increased engagement with Client decision makers.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - To provide senior level engagement in support of Sales and UK Partner Management

  • To be a primary contact point for Employee Screening Clients and 3 rd Party Partners
  • Will be the SME for Employee Screening solutions advising ADP UK Partnerships and making recommendations to develop the solutions and 3 rd Party Partners
  • Creating stronger relationships between ADP, 3 rd Party Partners and Employee Screening Clients
  • Ensuring that Employee Screening Clients are achieving ROI on their investment and, where there is opportunity to improve, creating the strategy to achieve success for the Client and ADP
  • Improving the onboarding journey and working with our Partners to reduce the time it takes for Employee Screening Clients to go live
  • Identifying and working with Sales in closing additional Employee Screening revenue opportunities across the Client base
  • Creating strong, multilevel businesstobusiness engagements between ADP and its Clients
  • Driving increased engagement with decision makers within the Client business
  • Creating strong Clevel relationships and providing thought leadership to the Client
**KEY DUTIES/TASKS: - Develop and execute Account Plans in conjunction with Sales, Service and any other ADP associates as required. This includes - Engagement Plans, Action Plans and Client Development Plans

  • Develop an effective working relationship with ADP Employee Screening 3 rd party Partners, and work with UK Partnerships team to ensure they deliver to their contract terms and commitments
  • Serve as ADP's frontline for solving Clients' challenges, including issue resolution and answering questions, working collaboratively and effectively with 3 rd party Partners
  • Responsible for delivering the customer experience to a defined portfolio of Clients
  • Help develop and communicate a robust communication process across the defined portfolio of Clients
  • Find and close new revenue opportunities within the portfolio of Clients through understanding of the ADP value proposition and sales indicators. Identify Employee Screening opportunities within current payroll Clients.
  • Drive open and honest communication within ADP
  • Develop an effective working relationship with ADP Directors, Heads of Department, Team Managers and their direct reports
  • Protecting and growing the Employee Screening revenue streams
  • Resolving commercial and contractual disputes with Clients and 3 rd Party Providers
  • Monitor and review customer metrics in order to adapt Account Plans
  • Develop and maintain awareness of ADP policies and procedures
  • Leadership of projects as required by the business
  • Develop and own the PDP for self
  • Recognition of product or service improvements as required by Clients and the feedback of those to the 3 rd party Partner
  • Perform other duties as required and as the Business dictates

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

**Skills required: - Excellent analytical and presentation skills are required, with the confidence to deliver at CxO level
