Role Responsibilities


MHR is recruiting an experienced Software Delivery Manager to manage the end to end delivery of innovative and complex projects in the HRM and Payroll industry.

You will manage 20+ highly talented software developers, leads and testers internally and externally.

Ensuring they can meet our business and customer needs, driving the People First product forward to be the best that it can be.

Working alongside our HRProduct experts, Architects and UX Designers, you are responsible for the output of your team's.

  • Facilitate agile delivery of complex projects
  • Help teams break down goals and tasks to deliver incremental value to users
  • Help set the strategy for projects and ensure they're properly resourced within budget, removing blockers to teams delivering
  • Communicate the value of projects to bring stakeholders on board and help teams define measures of success
  • Introduce new ways of working at multiple levels and lead the continuous improvement within the department
  • Coach people through change by leading by example
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to their cross functional teams
  • Ensure all stakeholders in the development process are aware of the development schedule
  • Promote team wellbeing and motivation
  • Provide accurate regular status report's

  • Proven ability to lead or manage a team of developers
  • Developed or delivered large scale enterprise systems
  • In depth knowledge of agile DSDM/ Scrum methodologies
