Are you looking to progress your career within care? Do you have the skills and ability to nurture and support our team and clients? Have you previously been a live in or night carer?

If you do, then we would love to hear from you

We are looking for 2 new Team Leaders in the Chichester & Surrounding Areas, to work alongside our Live In Care Co-Ordinator to support our Live In & Night Carers.

The role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to new and existing Live In and Night CareAngels.

To be a brand Ambassador and ensure that each person feels confident in their role as a Guardian Angel Carer, in addition to your primary role as carer.

This is a great stepping stone for anyone wanting to take that next step in their career from carer.

You will ensure individuals in the Live In/Night team are feeling valued and you will have an understanding of what motivates them, by having more personal contact with members of your team.

To provide a communication channel to the Care Co-Ordinator, and vice versa.

This will equate to a few additional hours per month on top of your normal carer hours with us.

You will receive an increased hourly rate of £14.25 p/h plus Paid travel in excess of 30 minutes.
