Chelmsford - Hybrid Working / Remote

£30k + Bonus + Great progression

Are you an inspirational leader with a proven track record as a Recruitment Manager or Recruitment Partner? Are you a strong communicator and looking for an exciting step in your career?
The business is in a phase of real growth and need the best talent to join their office.

Energy and pace is crucial They need a Head of Recruitment in London who will be able to work in a very fast pace environment and be very hands on.

More than a Recruitment role, you will be heavily involved in:

  • Talent attraction
  • Making sure that future best talent understand the opportunity and development they will gain


  • Talent retention

  • Creative planning in order to make employees stretched and eager to learn
  • A lot of autonomy to create succession planning for the business and developing the best talent
  • You will have responsibility for managing external agency relationships, agreeing preferred supplier lists and ensuring line managers are following best practice.
What qualities will you need to be successful as a Recruitment Manager?

  • You will be extremely energetic and very hands on
  • With a positive approach, you will be a strong communicator and a skilled people manager and be adept at developing new practice and procedures.
  • Experience of inhouse recruitment is essential for this opportunity
