Salary:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for seamlessly managing insurance cases from the beginning to the end.

Insurance experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided. We also offer fantastic opportunities for learning, development, and career progression.


Duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Accurately assess and pay valid claims in line with policy terms.
  • Provide an empathetic approach for all our customers.
  • Provide the customer with clear guidance to ensure that the claim process is first class

Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Previous call centre / customer service experience preferred
  • Confident speaking to people on the phone
  • Highly organised under pressure with good attention to detail
  • Ability to convey information in a simple and clear manner
  • Natural empathy and a flair for making a difference to our travel customers.

Salary and Benefits for the Customer Service Advisor:

  • £21,500
  • £25,500 per annum
