This is an excellent opportunity to join the Directors Support Team at City Healthcare Partnership CIC.


We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and well motivated individual to provide a comprehensive secretarial service to our Directors.

Working as part of the secretarial team, you must be highly organised having excellent prioritisation skills, able to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly approachable nature are essential for this role. You must have a knowledge and understanding of confidentiality and also be flexible in your approach to working. You will need to be able to work with mínimal supervision.


A sound educational background, excellent secretarial skills and possess an RSA 2 Typing or Word Processing Qualification/ECDL or ability to demonstrate appropriate skills.

Knowledge of various computer software packages are essential, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.


Hours are 16 hours per week to be worked Tuesday 11.30 am pm, Wednesday 8.30 am pm and Thursday 11.30 am pm however, maybe some flexibility with start/finish times.

This position will be office based during the probationary period and then flexible home working can be discussed.


The post holder role will be a member of the City Health Care Partnership CIC Directors Support Team and will provide comprehensive and secretarial support to the Directors, Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Operating Officer's.
