Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Deburrer/General Machinist to work on their high spec, high quality products.
The position is for a fixed day shift. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 6am to 2.45pm. Friday 6am to 12 midday.

Main duties and Responsibilities:
Manual deburring of Aluminium and Steel manifold bodies
Stamping/etching of part identification
Washing of Manifolds
2nd operations - Manual Pillar drill work on aluminium and steel manifold bodies
Loading of CNC machines
Manual honing of turned parts

Experience required:
Deburring or Finishing of CNC machined metal component parts in a precision engineering environment.

Familiar with using hand held tools and hand held power tools or cutters to deburr and finish machined component parts according to engineering drawings.
