This role is open to people from a wide range of different back grounds and is all about giving pope who have a passion for working with children an opportunity to start a career within education.


You will need relevant transferable skills form a a sector like Care,Youth with, Support work, Tutor, Mentor, Nurseries, residential, schools or a similar background.


The Journey:


  • Your path will lead you to students in KS3, KS4, and post16 education.
  • It's an entrylevel role, offering a competitive salary of £13 an hour Monday to Friday considering school holidays.(Term time only)
  • This is a permanent position with 13 weeks of annual leave coinciding with school holidays.
  • A valid driver's license needed, with fuel reimbursement for transporting children.
  • Your days will unfold from 09:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.
  • While you'll primarily offer oneonone support, there's room for group activities.
  • Your backdrop? Libraries, community centers, schools, vocational sites, and even colleges and specialist vocational sites.
  • Managing a caseload of approximately children means you're a pivotal part of their ongoing development.
  • This role is your chance to support children who face challenges in mainstream education. We're looking for individuals who radiate positivity and bring boundless energy to each day.
