ROLE_**To support the Marketing Manager in the development & implementation of marketing programmes to drive brand awareness, recruit new users to brand and support retail sales growth across all UK & Ireland channels.
Work cross-functionally to executing product launches and be a competent project and events coordinator.Location:

Impact you will make:
Category Management, Forecasting Support & Business Analysis
- Support Brand Manager as needed throughout newness & core forecasting processes for assigned category(s)
- Serve as the UK marketing team "expert" point person for supporting ongoing & adhoc sales, NPD data, competitive and consumer insight analysis for assigned category(s)
- Support Brand Manager to analyse any Newness / Core business performance for required brand reviews using available internal data resources
- Support Brand Manager to coordinator biannual sample forecasting and monthly phasing with Channel Planning as needed, in line with marketing launches & bespoke channel/sales needs
- Ensure UK sampling file is accurately maintained to reflect all channel plans and budgeted spend
- Support Brand Manager in planning & recapping robust 360 launch plans, as needed
- Support Brand Manger in creation of detailed creative & supplier briefs for all launch related VM, POS and collateral materials, ensuring consistency with brand image & global creative & copy direction
- Work with National Account Manager to coordinator & execute agreed retail /trade event support activities and exclusive retailer support from promotional POS to exclusive Sites and Windows
- Partner with Digital Marketing to coordinate robust social media & E-CRM communication plans for assigned launches
- Support Marketing Manager in execution of press, digital and media advertising plans & creative such as partnerships, agreed influencer activations and OOH
- Work within the agreed budget & marketing launch timeline when producing or supplying all POS materials, advertising and collateral including budget coordination, raising SKUs and PO process
- Support the Brand Manager & Head of Marketing to create presentations for Sales Meeting, retail strategy and internal meetings
- Create detailed and complex launch allocations for testers, samples and marketing collateral for assigned category(s) as needed.
- Coordinate planning & execution of allocated retailers trade marketing programs working with National Account Manager to agree and lead Marketing support on behalf of the team, as needed
- Manage the process of nonlaunch related Marketing support on behalf of the team
- Mange the process of nonlaunch related Marketing collateral for stores including bareMinerals bags, scratch cards and brochures
- Sales Team Relations regular two way communication with Area Sales & Education Managers and Beauty Ambassadors to achieve marketing team support as needed (maintenance of marketing calendar, product launch planner and weekly newsletter, meeting preparation)
What skills you will Ideally bring:
- Experience of working with Microsoft apps
- proficient in excel and PowerPoint.
- Numerate, analytical and commercially aware.
- Team player, ability to respond to rapidly changing demands.
- Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and able to build good working relationships with internal and external teams.
- Excellent planning & organisational skills.
