Our Client a HGV Main Dealership are looking to recruit an experienced Service Administrator to join their Team.Job Details:
up to £28k Basic Salary plus a monthly bonus £30,000 OTE
To perform an Administration and Customer facing role within a busy commercial environment
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- General answering of the Service calls into the business
- Processing of Job cards through to invoicing
- Updating our customer of the repairs costs and gain an order number for said repairs
- Answering and resolution of customer invoice queries
Knowledge and Skills:
Skills and Experience
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to an intermediate level.
- Demonstrable knowledge of customer service
- Strong time management skills.
- Proven ability to resolve queries effectively.
- Motor trade experience is desirable not essential.
- Enthusiastic and self motivated
- Excellent telephone manners
- Flexible and hard working
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines when necessary
- Resourceful, intuitive and tenacious
Reporting to the Admin Manager you will be expected to Invoice repairs and servicing carried out in the workshop, resolve any queries that will be attributed to administration and help manage incoming Service calls to the dealership.
