A specialist technology recruitment agency working with some of world's most exciting brands at the forefront of innovation and growth in the tech sector, is looking for an experienced an Associate Director to lead and create a high performing team in London.


The Role:


Our client is looking for someone on a Manager/Director level with experience and knowledge of the Tech, Software & Data sectors.


  • Very strong Business Development skills and track record
  • Great manager of people
  • Billing experience and wants to continue.
  • Leads by example.

About You:
Managing a team of 10, you will work closely with the MD to:

  • Implement new ideas and ways of working.
  • Expanding business & scoping new business consistently
  • Consider new markets for development for the division.
  • Connect with the Amsterdam office to oversee performance.
  • Work to your own targets.
