  • Build relationship with Technical Admin and Specifications team to help with cover in your role
  • Review completion of complaints to ensure data is correct to pass on to customers
  • Cross functional relationship with the wider divisional ABP Team
  • NPD, Operations (Retail and Primary), Engineering, Planning, ABP Sister sites
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports as required by the department and maintain any changes where requested
  • Maintain the administration of the online Quality Management System and supporting documentation
  • Review ingredient specifications and allergen control
  • Ensure systems are maintained and all documents are up to date and correct
  • Support Technical department where required with project work in line with business needs and moving the business forward detailed accurate reports outlining the outputs
  • Previous experience in the food industry
  • Experience working in a factory environment
  • Ability to engage and communicate clearly with confidence at various levels within the organization.
  • Competent in Microsoft Packages
  • Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint
  • Trending skills in relation to Microsoft Excel Package
  • Ability to work effectively and in a highly productive manner as an individual or as part of a team.
  • A clear set of planning and organisational skills.
  • A selfmotivated and selfstarting individual
