Assistant Buyer

Forum Contracts are a small-medium size main contractor based in Essex working on various types of commercial / residential construction projects valued between £50k - £5m

£20k - £25k depending on level and experience with bonuses and rise on performance

Progression of role is available

Parking available

Will be working out of the head office in Wickford

Hours will be 9-5 or 8-4, but can change if required, this will be negotiable


Roles

• Working with the Procurement Manager to raise orders, purchase materials and supplies for sites
• Working from MRS' and liaising with the site managers
• Attending pre construction meetings internally to prepare for upcoming projects
• Looking for best prices of materials to present to the procurement manager

Office
20 office staff, 15 on-site staff. We aim to progress to 35 office staff and 20 on-site staff by 2024. A mix of youth and experience. Smart / Casual attire required.


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
