We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated part time year 2 Teaching Assistant to join one of our partnership schools in Morpeth.

This role is ideal for someone already studying or looking to gain experience in primary school education.

Responsibilities:

Working as part of the teaching team to support the learning and development of

primary school children

Working with the class teacher to plan, resource and deliver lessons
Assisting with the assessment and recording of pupil progress
Supporting the classroom teacher with group and oneonone learning activities
Supervising children during playtime, lunchtime and other activities
Helping to create a safe and positive learning environment
Working with other staff in the school to ensure best practice
Participating in professional development activities
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Teaching Assistant qualification
A commitment to working collaboratively with the class teacher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff
A proactive, patient and caring attitude
A good understanding of the current primary school curriculum

Primary Teaching Assistant role in Morpeth
Fulltime, Term-Time position, Thursday & Friday, 8.30am 3:30pm
Immediate starts available | £ £11:00 per hour
Primary Teaching Assistant based in KS1

Acting as a work-finding service, M2 Education has a diverse range of primary schools in North East and surrounding areas.

We are looking for Experienced, NQT and ECT's to assist in support Primary aged children in arrange of year groups.
