Description

Proficient knowledge about different kinds of brooms and brushes like standard broom, corn broom, push broom, angle broom, rubber broom, water broom, abrasive brushes, stapled set brushes, strip brushes, twisted brushes and wire brushes

• Handling of procurement of brooms, brushes and tools and coordination with suppliers in North India.
• Coordination with production team (London) and Procurement (European FSC certified suppliers) and assembly line Manager in Europe
• Proficient in plastic composition and dimensional testing, load testing, hardness testing, crack detection, pull apart, strike testing, bend testing, functional testing, dielectric testing, moisture reading, delta reading and bar code scanning and verifying
• Should have the ability to operate CNC filling machine, proficiency in forging and heat treatment, hardening and tempering, welding, grinding, powder coating processes and injection moulding.
