Management TraineeDuties:
- Assist in various organizational tasks and projects
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide support in maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Assist with phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks
- Learn and develop skills in Excel, Word, and other software programs
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong data entry skills
