Management Trainee


Duties:


  • Assist in various organizational tasks and projects
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide support in maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents
  • Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks
  • Learn and develop skills in Excel, Word, and other software programs

Skills:


  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong data entry skills
