We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Administrator to join the team of a major distributor within the Toy industry.


TeamJobs are looking for a bubbly and energetic
Administrator who will play an essential part in the day to day running of the warehouse.

This role involves working in a busy, fast-paced environment, assisting in the processing of orders,uploading of documentation and smooth running of all administrative tasks.


Example of duties and responsibilities:


  • Creating Customs paperwork for international shipments
  • Prioritising and releasing of orders to the Warehouse Teams
  • Uploading details regarding shipments to the portals
  • Requesting collections from suppliers
  • Use of warehouse management system and ERP keeping all records and data accurate and up to date
  • General warehouse administration work assigned by the Goods Out Assistant Warehouse Manager.

To succeed in the role, you must:

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
    with proven experience within a similar warehouse administrative environment:
  • Be an effective communicator who can balance their workload and prioritise accordingly
  • Have strong attention to detail and extremely reliable
  • Hold great organisational and time management skills and can work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to complete tasks to a high standard and work to strict deadlines
  • Be comfortable and confident, working in a busy warehouse environment
  • Have a great sense of humour and lively personality
