Signature Recruitment is working with an esteemed university to find a skilled Programme Officer to join their team.

The role is based in the heart of London and offers a unique blend of flexibility, with 2 days spent in the office and the opportunity to work remotely for 3 days.

This role is for immediate start and runs for 6 months.
If you have a keen eye for detail, this opportunity is tailored for you.

As a Programmes Officer, you'll be a crucial part of the universities Postgraduate team. Your duties will range from providing essential support to students to thoroughly checking data across systems. Additionally, you will be resolving complex queries and issues and directing them to the relevant contacts throughout the university. You will be utilising databases and Microsoft Excel, to ensure the precision of student data concerning progress and achievements.

Programmes Officer Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry, verifying and crossreferencing information across multiple systems for accuracy.
Oversee the inboxes, handling student queries promptly.
Update student records systems and virtual learning environments.
Direct complex queries to the right contacts across the university.
Take on various duties, showing adaptability and a proactive approach to team objectives.
Assist with student assessment procedures according to university deadlines and regulations.
