Operating out of 21 global offices and serving over 325,000 clients worldwide, their business is consistently ranked the highest for customer service & satisfaction and continues to demonstrate strong growth transacting in excess of £7,5billion last year alone.

Their corporate division currently does £5-£10million pounds in profit per annum and they're now looking to capitalise on this success and grow this department of the business.

Job description - FX Sales Broker

The Sales Trader is responsible for acquiring new clients and generating profit from their currency transfers, whilst providing exemplary service.

You'll be tasked with generating your own book of clients as well as executing trades on their behalf with a main focus on spots and forward contracts.


This is an ideal position for someone with FX experience to expand the scope of their role and level up their career.

They work on 12 months rolling commission structure with a client for life policy in place too.

Year 1 commission is 30% (roughly double the industry average), Year 2 is 15%, Year 3 and for life 10%.


Key responsibilities - FX Sales Broker

  • Identifying, engaging, and managing new business opportunities with new business clients
  • Targeting corporate companies with international or multinational interests
  • Cold calling to win new business
  • Dealing your own book of corporate clients
  • Account Management of your own book of clients
  • Wellconnected and driven by business interactions, you will be naturally effective at building relationships and creating influence over the phone, facetoface, through networking, social media, and attendance at events when required
  • Attending client meetings domestically or internationally
  • Attending networking events to represent the company's interests

Job requirements - FX Sales Broker

  • Have demonstrable FX experience or a track record in selling a service
  • Resourceful, articulate and action orientated and able to deliver business results through affiliate channels
  • Demonstrable record of business development success
  • Knowledge and experience of financial sales and deliverable foreign exchange is a strong advantage
  • Ideally degree educated and proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM (Salesforce)
  • You are an ambitious sales professional who is motivated by success and keen to further develop your business development skills, whilst getting exposure to the French marketplace
