Staff365 are looking for recruit an Administrator for our client based in Sheffield, S6.


Administrator role benefits:


Salary: 23k to 25k depending on experience.


Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm


Holidays: 20 days holiday + statutory days


Administrator role duties:

Controlling company and project documentation.

Following and improving document control procedures.

Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.

Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf Design Team.

Producing document progress reports for senior managers.

Conducting regular reviews and document audits.

Using computers to organise and distribute documents within a company.

Helping in the planning stages of a specific project.

Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.

General duties such as answering the phone, backing up computers.

Dealing with the sending and receiving of documents / drawings and distributing as necessary.

Filing and printing as required to the correct procedure.

Design team support.

Administrator role criteria

Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages

Previous experience in ad administration capacity

Administration skills

Excellent attention to detail

Able to use your initiative

Able to work well under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
