Description

Our client one of the UK's most eminent designers and manufacturers in their field and established for over 30 years are now looking to recruit a Regional Sales/Commercial Manger for the South West & Wales area.


The Position:
As an ideal applicant you will be already be an Area Sales Manager, ideally within the healthcare construction sector. A proven track record with key knowledge of our large client groups is essential.


The position will require you to expand and develop their footprint across the NHS and private healthcare sector untouched by our small sales force to grow that region.

Attend trade shows as and when required.

You will need to demonstrate strong relationships and understanding of specification sales to architects, interior designers and M&E consulting engineers and contractors with a good understanding of NHS Procure 22 (moving in to P23)

You will benefit from full head office support and appropriate product training.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Work to targeted revenue generation and profitability levels set by strategic goals
  • Reporting into and working closely with our internal estimating team and operations director.
  • Develop existing accounts and create new key accounts
  • Provide credible and concise sales activity reports to our senior leadership team.
  • Utilise and maintain our CRM
  • Demonstrate a commitment and interest in the healthcare industry.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven track record of successfully converting sales leads into tangible business orders
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Use of Microsoft 365, CRM databases, Teams, Outlook and Zoom
  • Energetic and ambitious with a professional approach
  • Team player
  • Be able to work on own initiative
