The Role
As a large global healthcare business, we are embarking on a transformation programme to consolidate our HR systems.

We are looking for a Test Lead to join our Enterprise Applications team to manage the testing responsibilities within a programme of work to migrate employees from SuccessFactors to our existing Workday tenant.

We are a global team responsible for supporting & enhancing our enterprise ERP, PSA and HR Systems.

We collaborate across various global group and divisional finance, HR, and operations teams to deliver financially compliant systems to enable business strategies.

As a Test Lead in this team, you will be responsible for the testing aspect of this project, working alongside our HR Technology team and our 3rd party implementation partners.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Formulate a test strategy and test plan covering SIT and UAT tasks and all steps leading to these deliverables in collaboration with internal and supplier project teams
Own the ongoing management of the test strategy and plan
Coordinate amongst the global teams the SIT and UAT phases and resources to attend
Lead the development of SIT and UAT test scenarios and data requirements
Building or enriching the test scenarios provided by the supplier to ensure requirements are fully described and testing is complete
Lead the operation of all testing phases
Ensure proper testing documentation is formulated and agreed prior to use
Update and share test metrics and dashboard
Lead daily testing calls through SIT and UAT phases
Manage defect triaging, inclusive of reviewing and troubleshooting, determining the root cause, and collaborating with project resources to resolve defects as they arise

What do you bring to the role?

Demonstrable relevant experience and/or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Information Systems and Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience managing testing responsibilities within largescale, complex HR technology projects
Proven ability to own and drive testing stages to successful completion with crossfunctional teams
Expertise in delivery using structured & iterative testing frameworks
Experience of working in Large Corporate, Matrix, Enterprise Organisations
Must be able to develop and deliver professional, highquality presentations, test plans, and testing status updates to multiple levels of stakeholders (including executive team)
Excellent consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences, including senior organizational leaders
Possess strong strategic orientation, analytical skills, critical thinking ability, and evaluate broad impacts of work
Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to lead, influence, and motivate others in the work group regardless of level
Prior experience of working on a global Workday implementation highly preferred
