Debt Advisory Specialist (Real Estate Finance)

Continued success has resulted in a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Debt Advisory Specialist to join our client, one of the UK's leading financial services providers.

As a Senior Debt Advisory Broker you will work closely with the senior management andthe Private Office team, providing specialist debt advisory advice to clients in relation to commercial real estate (development finance, bridging finance, mezzanine etc).

The position would suit and debt advisory professionals from either a brokerage or lending background with experience of restructuring high level and complex real estate finance.

Experience required:

Must have an established network of contacts in the real estate space.
Understanding of Bridging Finance, Development Finance and / or Mezzanine Finance.
Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate, finance, law or a relevant other sector that offered exposure to real estate professionals.
Must be able to demonstrate a successful track record within real estate debt finance.
Ideally educated to degree level
Highly organised, enthusiastic, resilient, competitive and able to absorb detail quickly.
Will have excellent communication skills, along with a consultative approach.
