Your role will be office based, assisting with the day to day customer service and office management of the business.

You will be speaking to clients daily, gathering feedback and resolving their queries, as well as helping the business owner & management team to develop the business by helping to win new clients.

You will undertake the administrative tasks involved with team and clients.

You will also require the following skills and experience:

  • Customer service experience
  • Complaints handling
  • Soft sales skills are advantageous
  • A positive and courteous attitude
  • An energetic and efficient approach to work
  • A great people person
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Can remain calm and collected even under pressure

Has good IT skills; as well as being confident using Microsoft word & Excel

  • Can speak, read and write in fluent English

Salary:
£13,000.00-£15,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
