Role


An Operations Assistant at Colliers enables us to provide excellent professional advice and service to clients and is a member of a key talent pool within the organisation.

This role is entrusted with the organisation's reputation and is expected to live its values. You will support the Operations Director in daily tasks on both an administrative and project-based level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Operations Director to oversee smooth running of daily business operations
  • Management of Salesforce Licences across the business
  • Supporting the Operations Director and wider business with any integration projects
  • Partnering with IT department on any infrastructure change projects
  • Management of Colliers Risk Register
  • Supporting ongoing Audit processes and helping ensure Colliers retains ISO accreditations.
  • Responsibility for administrative support of the Operations Director
  • Keep updated on industry trends and real estate market
