We are recruiting for a well-established commercial maintenance company, serving a range of clients across all trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, general fabric maintenance etc).

We are seeking x2 Maintenance Co-Ordinators / Helpdesk Administrators to join the team, based in Sutton, Greater London.


The Helpdesk Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our ProNett system, which is used across a range of clients.

You will be responsible for responding to client requests, managing work orders, scheduling appointments, and tracking progress on jobs.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage work orders and ensure they are completed within agreed timescales
  • Schedule appointments for maintenance and repair work
  • Liaise with clients and internal staff to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard
  • Track progress on jobs and provide regular updates to clients and internal staff
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience within a property maintenance company/role would be advantageous.
  • Experience with ProNett or a similar system would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role would be desirable.


We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per year, as well as opportunities for career development within the company.
