At Measurabl, the Customer Support Associate serves as the front line of support for clients to ensure satisfaction and accurate reporting.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.


Customer Support:

  • Utilize support programs to track that client needs are being met in an efficient and timely manner
  • Assist customers by troubleshooting issues, questions, or tasks and provide actionable tips and solutions; or delegate requests to the appropriate internal department.
  • Resolve customer requests via Zendesk, our ticketing platform, and occasionally via Zoom as needed
  • Serve as a product expert by keeping up with new features and tracking bug fixes

Data Management:

  • Upload client sustainability data (namely energy, water, and waste utilities) to their account
  • Identity and escalate bugs that arise in the software
  • Manage and validate bulk upload templates
  • Audit/review the data uploaded to Measurabl matches the data provided
  • Manually input customer data (utility and nonutility data) accurately and timely

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with others in a diverse, multiethnic, and multicultural work environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, decentralized environment
  • Ability to think critically
  • Self-Starter
  • Working knowledge of Excel including experience with Vlookups and Pivot Tables

  • Working experience in Excel
  • Fluent in English and German
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above

Compensation Range:

- £42,181 to £51,555 + DOE
