New advertising startup Advertual are looking for a core member of the team to come in right at the begining.

Due to the nature of this being a brand new business we are looking for someone multi skilled who is able to manage and complete a variety of tasks with the potential to grow into a management postion as the company expands.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
• Manage the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing activities
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities
• Have an understanding of paid advertising primarily Google and Facebook and be confident in implementing accordingly.
• Have the capability to construct and manage websites as this will play a key part of the role.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
• Proficient in using marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
