Description

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website assets, marketing collateral, advertisements, and packaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Translate concepts and ideas into impactful visual solutions that effectively communicate messages and enhance brand identity.
• Produce mockups, prototypes, and presentations to present design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually improve design quality and innovation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
• Work closely with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of final deliverables.
• Maintain organized files and assets, following best practices for file management and version control.
• Collaborate with other designers and crossfunctional teams to brainstorm ideas, share feedback, and support creative initiatives.
• Uphold brand consistency across all design materials and platforms.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with print production processes and prepress preparation is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design principles, HTML/CSS, and UI/UX design is desirable but not required.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
• Creative problemsolving skills and a passion for innovation in design.
