An opportunity has arisen for a detailed and driven IFA Administrator to join a successful employee owned IFA firm in north Oxfordshire

  • Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator_
  • Location: North Oxfordshire, near Chipping Norton_
  • Salary: Up to £30,000_
  • Predominantly homebased role, with travel into the office 2 times per week._

The role:


Due to internal promotions within the company, our client is now looking to bring in two experienced Administrators to join the already established administrator team.

The role includes all aspects of administration for investment, pensions, and other financial arrangements, supporting our team of advisers and other administrators, whilst providing excellent customer service.

What do you need to be considered?

  • Previous experience within an IFA/ Financial Planning Administrator role within an IFA firm is essential
  • Knowledge of financial products, investment platforms, and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
  • Industry relevant qualifications are highly desirable
  • Organised and professional with a cando attitude
