  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
  • Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
  • Support students in their social and emotional development
  • Provide oneonone or small group instruction as needed
  • Assist with daily tasks such as mealtime, naptime, and toileting
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure the overall wellbeing of the students

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or autism
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of toddler care and early childhood development
  • Familiarity with special education practices and strategies
  • Ability to adapt and modify instruction to meet individual student needs
