Events sales & Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:


  • Setting up events for our clients to assist in the brand awareness campaigns.
  • Gather information from customers.
  • Follow up with customers to address their needs.
  • Distribute incoming offerings from our client to appropriate customers or coworkers.
  • Present confidently the benefits of products and services to customers.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure all events are a success.
  • Adhere to client guidelines.
  • Represent our clients in a professional manner at all times.

We're seeking an individual with excellent spoken and written English, and someone who has experience in either working in a customer facing setting or working with others as part of a team.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
