Purposes of the JobTo control, plan and process bookings in accordance with information deadlines and train plan limitations.
To proactively undertake commercial activities that fall within the below 5 key areas, ensuring the needs of production are considered.
Planning of Bookings
Administration
Asset Management
Information Flow
Yield Management

Experience and knowledge requirement
- Knowledge of all FL systems associated with the planning processes outlined above.
- Freightliner services to/from Southampton
- Train loading requirements:
- MIE/076
- Knowledge of Millbrook road fleet and Maritime feed and warehousing Operations.
- Dangerous Goods
- RG-GEN / 02
- DPW Port interface / Systems
Qualifications and training (including Safety)
i) Statutory Duties
Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
Workplace Regulations 1992
Dangerous Goods Regulations
ii) Safety Documentation Required
Dangerous Goods Awareness
WMFRS Pink Pages
FL loading manual
iii) Personal Safety Equipment required:
