Do you have recent experience in a Customer Service role?

Do you enjoy speaking with customers and building relationships?

Are you confident with taking ownership of enquiries, following through to resolution?
If so then we would like to hear from you.

Our client are looking for a
Customer ServiceRepresentative to join their busy and friendly Contact Centre team.


As you can imagine no two days are ever the same in this fast paced environment and you will need to be be able to adapt your approach to suit each customer's individual needs.

The ability to multi-task is key as in addition to dealing with new enquiriesyou will be following all existing calls through to resolution, keeping the customer logs up to date.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to maintain accuracy during busy periods
  • An empathetic and professional approach


This is a fun, friendly environment so as well as having the above skills you will also be a team player.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

After an extensive office-based training period there will be the opportunity to spend part of your time working from home.
