If you love building and delivering against people plans and supporting operational change, whilst driving organizational effectiveness - you're our kind of People person.
You're an expert in people, policies, and processes with a solid understanding of UK employment law and ideally some US employment knowledge.
With your strategic, operational, and transactional approach, you're trusted to develop and deliver on People Plans for your stakeholders, whilst your strategic solutions and change programs help support business needs but also drive your own development.
You own operational topics, representing and driving the people agenda, gaining trust through all levels of partnership within a variety of business areas; supporting salary reviews, promotion processes and helping to improve employee experience alongside your HR support colleagues.
You enjoy building close partnerships with other People teams, such as L&D, to monitor training needs and drive the development agenda.
You're comfortable working closely with line managers to support day-to-day people management and enjoy the positive impact on their performance management, career progression and employee relations issues.
Senior People Business Partner Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an IT-managed service company
- Experience of building strategic solutions to support business needs
- Track record of driving change programmes to a successful outcome
- Ability to coach leaders through a programme or situation in a measured and collaborative way
- Ability to work both at the handson detail level and up to strategic level.
- Experience of salary benchmarking in a fastpaced marketplace.
- Great collaboration skills, having worked for cross team with P&T COEs on a change programme to drive a successful outcome.
- A good understanding of an IT managed service business or have experience dealing with technology employees within an organisation.
- A strong customer focus and expert knowledge of People policies and processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills highly effective written and verbal skills.
- Will have a strong level of general business acumen and can think conceptually, identifying and addressing future challenges and opportunities, often in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to work at an extreme work pace, juggling multiple priorities and cases with accuracy and professionals
This is a remote-first hybrid role - Up to 80% of your working week can be spent working from home, but you will also have the chance to get together and collaborate with colleagues at least four days per month in one of our Group offices.
