Protocol are delighted to be recruiting for a HR and Training Administrator on behalf of an Educational establishment with excellent culture and working environment within the Swindon area.
Provide a first-class HR & Training administrative service to all stakeholders, acting as first point of contact for queries and enquiries however they come into the department, dealing with them in a timely manner and escalating as required.
Salary:
£13.47ph/£25,916pa**Ideally you will have an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
The person & qualifications
- Minimum Level 2 Qualification in English and Mathematics
- Up to date working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience of working in a HR Department providing an administration service
- Display excellent administrative skills displaying a strong level of time management
Duties
- Act as the first line of support for HR queries and questions
- Maintain records of personnelrelated data (payroll, personal information, leavers, turnover rates etc.)
- Store information on the team's HR Shared Drive inline with the College's Data Protection and Data Retention policies.
- Support the Recruitment Specialist, when necessary, with staff recruitment activities such as career fairs, recruitment events, and other college activities.
- Administer compliance training requirements for new starters and existing employees.
- Undertake the onboarding processes for all new starters, including the preparation of contracts of employment, completion all relevant preemployment checks and maintain contact with new starters throughout the process.
