DSFS are looking to recruit the right person into the position of Catering Team Member who will join our team on a part time basis of 20 hrs per week, working within Retreat at the Royal, located at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.

This opportunity offers shifts 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 11am and 3pm.

Our Catering Teams are the focal point for patients, visitors and staff in the Hospital. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a role that requires exceptional customer service.


Key Benefits of the Role:


  • Our Pension is a NEST pension. Upon joining you can choose whether to pay 5% or 8% and DSFS will match whichever you choose.


If applicable to your role and contract we will pay enhancements of 40% for any hours worked after 8pm and before 6am on Monday to Friday and for hours worked on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

  • As a Catering team member, you will be expected to have exceptional customer service and the ability to serve our guests in a friendly, approachable manner.
