Galt is integrated in the JumboDiset Group. JumboDiset develops, manufactures, and sells games, puzzles, and toys.

JumboDiset was formed in 2007 after the merger of Royal Jumbo (head office in Zaandam) and Diset (head office in Barcelona).

In 2019 respectively 2021 James Galt (Manchester) and Dujardin (Paris) joined the group.

Today, JumboDiset operates out of these four main offices, and out of sales offices in, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Nordics, and USA.


Job Summary:

Due to strong growth in our ecommerce channels, we are look to add an Ecommerce Specialist into our team.

Supporting the UK's Head of Ecommerce at Jumbo Group, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's ecommerce strategy.

Promoting best practices your strategic insights, combined with hands-on marketplace expertise, will be instrumental in solidifying Jumbo Group's reputation as a leader in the toy and games industry


Responsibilities:

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with Amazon Vendor Manager contacts.

Create, regularly update, and maintain product listings, ensuring they meet Amazon's guidelines while emphasizing accuracy and relevance.

Enhance product visibility and conversion rates by optimizing titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.


Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales, including leveraging Sponsored Products, Deals, and other promotional opportunities.

Continuously monitor and adjust advertising budgets and bids to maximize ROI.

Manage and optimize our Amazon brand store as a primary endpoint for Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands.

Conduct thorough competitive research to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for product differentiation.

Implement strategies to maintain competitiveness within the Amazon marketplace.

Oversee and manage forecast and availability data to ensure comprehensive product coverage.

Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure precise demand forecasting and inventory replenishment for top-performing product lines.

Regularly analyse sales data, traffic, and conversion rates to identify growth prospects and areas for improvement.

Generate reports and offer insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Maintain and optimize pricing levels to enhance conversion, utilizing product lifecycle discounts to facilitate the sell-through of aged stock.

Stay current with Amazon policies and guidelines to ensure ongoing compliance.

Swiftly address and resolve any compliance issues that may arise.


Required Experience:

A minimum of 2 years' experience with Amazon advertising.

Strong attention to detail and a track record of working with a high degree of accuracy.

Proficient analytical skills, with the ability to derive valuable insights from collected data.

Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.

A robust commercial mindset focused on driving business success.

Experience working on Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify and OnBuy.

Knowledge of Linnworks & Pacvue is desired but not essential.
