Provide high level administrative and business support to the Corporate Office in relation to all governance and risk reporting activities
Provide secretariat support to Committees/Boards such as Risk Management Group and Audit and Risk Committee, planning and scheduling meetings, minute taking, organising papers, and collating meeting briefs
Liaising with officials across the agency and wider government to ensure follow-up and actions from requests for information, reports, and correspondence
Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper or digital form, maintaining accurate filling and data management systems

Experience of minute taking is essential
Proven administration experience
Excellent organisational skills
