We are currently recruiting for a Property Development Company in Sutton Coldfield, who are seeking a Bookkeeper to work within the Finance Team.
You will be responsible for

_Producing Reports_:
-
_Accounts Payable_:
-
_Accounts Receivable_:
-
_Credit Control_
You will have experience in running monthly reports for creditors/debtors, cash flow, forecasts and assisting with budget planning. In addition, you will proficient with Xero and be comfortable with all of its functions.
As a company, they are very focused on staff welfare and development, during COVID set up a number of initiatives to assist the community.

In terms of qualifications, AAT would be an advantage.
Initially, this will be an office-based position, however, in time it will be permissible to work in a hybrid manner.
