CNC Operative

Wolverhampton 3pm-11pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced
CNC Punch Operative to join our Operations team at Access 360.

What you'll be doing:

Selecting preproven program for parts scheduled to be produced.
Selecting and setting tools for parts scheduled to be produced.
Running first off part from program and carry out first off inspection.
Dress parts produced as required, removing all burrs and sharp edges.
Monitoring tool wear and maintain tolerances through batch production.
Carrying out any other reasonable duties as requested commensurate with your skills, knowledge and ability in the interests of the Company.
Meeting and satisfying Company quality requirements, standards, procedures, timescales and expectations.
Meeting and satisfying Company HSE requirements, standards, procedures, timescales and expectations.

What we are looking for

Previous experience with CNC punch machines (TRUMPF experience preferred).
Engineering / technician background.
Team player.
Attention to detail.
Sheet steel manufacturing experience.
Has experience working with technical drawings.
