An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Governance Administrator within the Surgical Division.


The post holder will provide support to the Governance and Risk Coordinators, Associate Chief Nursing Officer and Directorate Matrons within the Division.


The role will provide support and assistance to the Division in delivering all aspects of governance which includes coordinating incidents, complaints, freedom of information requests, audits and data/trend analysis.

Strong administration and IT skills are essential, with the ability to use Microsoft office products such as Excel. The post holder will also support the development of an intranet page.

Monitor incidents, risks, actions and serious incidents ensuring completion in a timely manner.

Monitoring the Divisions complaints to ensure timely responses.
