    Description

    Ambitious Qualified Accountant sought to support Head of Finance in producing monthly management accounts and driving company growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Produce management accounts for responsible units, including balance sheet preparation
    • Publish group consolidation accounts
    • Enhance management accounts quality through continuous improvement
    • Prepare monthly Board pack for business leaders
    • Forecast and manage cash flow
    • Collaborate with Head of Finance to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for profitability
    • Assist Head of Finance with ad hoc projects as needed

    You will oversee two Accounts Assistants, managing their workload while also focusing on your own responsibilities. The role offers excellent working conditions, including flexible working hours and a generous holiday entitlement.
