Joining our Resourcing Team will give you the opportunity to lead and contribute to the end to end recruitment process across the Trust, including all Agenda for Change staff at the Royal Surrey and Community Hospitals.

With over 5,000 members of staff in our growing workforce, the Resourcing team are vital to fill vacancies in a timely manner.


You will be responsible for leading the Resourcing Team in all transactional and operational recruitment activities in line with the Trust's recruitment & selection policy, ensuring the end to end recruitment process is adhered to in line with the Trust's Policies and procedures and national guidelines and legislation.


You will support the team and hiring managers to process all Agenda for Change recruitment, using Trac to progress through each stage of the process.


In this open plan office you will be working at pace alongside your colleagues to effectively impact substantive recruitment at both the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust and our Community Hospitals.


If this role is right for you, you will be quality and results driven, have excellent attention to detail and have experience in managing a team.

You will also be an experienced recruiter with a full understanding of the NHS Employment Checks Standards.
