Position:
Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers. They will interact with customers to understand their needs and answer their questions about our products and services. The Customer Service Representative will also answer customer service and sales questions, provide product training and order processing.


Core Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Accountable for the success of all operations, including:
  • Ensuring that all staff members are working to maximize productivity; meeting and exceeding goals; and creating an environment that encourages employee engagement.
  • Maintaining a clean work environment; ensuring that work area is properly organized; ensuring that work is being completed in a timely manner; ensuring that work is being performed in a safe manner; and ensuring that work is being performed in a customerfocused manner.
  • Assisting with the training of new staff members; ensuring staff members are performing duties to standard; reviewing performance to ensure performance expectations are being met; and providing feedback to ensure improvement opportunities exist.
  • Performing all duties under the direction of the General Manager, or other supervisors as required.
  • Completing any other tasks assigned by the General Manager, or other supervisors as required.

Job Types:

Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year

  • Dartford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
